What you'll need
- Parsley or similar greens (spinach, arugula)
- Chilli flakes or hot pepper
- Garlic or onion
- Lemon or lime
- Tagliatelle (egg pasta)
- Oil, salt, pepper
What you'll do
Finely chop the onion and sweat them in a pan with oil and salt/pepper. Add in the chilli flakes or chopped hot pepper. Add in the shrimp and cook them in the oil for about 2-3 minutes per side (flip them once). Optionally, add in a knob of butter. Finally, drop the finely chopped parsley a few minutes before you're finished with cooking the shrimp.
Cook the pasta until it's al dente with generous salt. When it's ready, move the pasta over in the pan with the shrimps, onion, and parsley, and twist it a few times to let the oil and spices coat it nicely.
Serve with some lemon zest or juice.
